AI Agents for Prediction Markets

Prediction markets have exploded in popularity — Polymarket alone is valued at $9 billion — but the trading tools available to participants remain primitive. Elastics, a Warsaw-based startup founded in April 2025, is building an AI-powered trading platform that brings institutional-grade quantitative tools to prediction market traders. Their signature feature, "Trade with Words," lets traders describe positions in plain language and have them auto-executed by AI agents.

Founded by Szymon Pawica, an NYU Stern graduate and former Goldman Sachs professional, Elastics raised a $2M pre-seed round led by Frst VC. Angel investors include co-founders of ElevenLabs, an a16z scout, and XBTO partners, signaling strong conviction from both AI and crypto-native investors.

Why It Matters

Prediction markets are rapidly evolving from niche betting venues into legitimate financial infrastructure. Elastics is positioning itself as the tooling layer for this transformation, offering auditable AI agents that handle the full pipeline from signal generation through execution. By democratizing the kind of quant trading capabilities previously reserved for institutional desks, Elastics could become the Bloomberg terminal of prediction markets — and the timing couldn't be better as these markets go mainstream.
